  3. The Company may revoke an Access Token suspected of being leaked or abused without prior notice for security reasons, and will notify the member without delay after revocation.
  4. Any action taken by an external tool (such as an AI client) connected with an Access Token is deemed an action of the member who issued that token.

Article 6 (Provision and Changes of the Service)

  1. The Company strives to provide the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  2. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 7 days in advance. Emergency incident response or security measures may be announced afterwards.
  3. If the Company changes or removes a material feature of the Service in a way that is unfavorable to paid members, it will give 30 days' notice and refund the fees for the remaining period to members who cancel for that reason.
  4. If the Company decides to discontinue the Service, it will give 90 days' notice and allow Customers to download their Customer Data.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. The details and fees of Paid Services are posted on the Service's pricing page.
  2. Domestic payments (Korea): The Company is the seller. Payments are processed by a payment service provider engaged by the Company, and the Company issues tax invoices and receipts.
  3. International payments: International payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all international orders. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to international payments, and Paddle handles receipts and taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  4. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle (monthly or annual) until the member cancels, and are charged to the registered payment method on the renewal date. The checkout screen shows the amount, billing cycle, next billing date and how to cancel.
  5. When a free trial converts to a paid plan or a recurring charge increases, the Company will notify the member of the date, amount, payment method and cancellation method at least 30 days before the change and obtain the member's separate consent. Without consent, no automatic conversion or increase takes place.
  6. Members can cancel from the Service's billing settings through a procedure as simple as signing up.
  7. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Article 8 (Customer Data)

  1. Customers own their Customer Data.
  2. The Company processes Customer Data only to provide the Service, respond to incidents, maintain security and comply with laws.
  3. Customers must have lawful authority to collect and use their Customer Data, and are responsible for any third-party disputes arising from Customer Data, except where caused by the Company's intent or negligence.
  4. When the service agreement ends, the Company makes Customer Data available for download for 30 days and then destroys it.

Article 9 (AI Features)

  1. The Service's feature for drafting support replies uses generative artificial intelligence. AI drafts are labeled in the Service as AI-generated. Whether to disclose the use of AI in replies sent to end customers is up to the Customer.
  2. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Members must review AI drafts before sending them to end customers, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the output. By default, an AI draft reaches an end customer only after an agent clicks Send.
  3. If a Team turns on "Let AI tools send directly" in its settings, replies written by AI tools connected with an Access Token are sent to end customers without review. A Team that enables this setting is responsible for replies sent that way.
  4. Rights to the output belong to the member to the extent held by the Company.
  5. Members must not provide input that infringes the rights of others or violates laws or the AI provider's usage policies.
  6. When a member connects their own AI tool or provider account, that provider's terms and fees also apply.

Article 10 (Support Channels and External Service Integrations)

  1. Customers can connect their own KakaoTalk channel chatbot (Kakao i Open Builder), forwarding from their own email address (such as support@), and web inquiry forms to the Service's inbox. These channels operate under the Customer's agreements with the respective providers (Kakao, Google, etc.), and the Customer must comply with those providers' policies.
  2. Customers must have a lawful basis for processing the personal information of their own customers (data subjects) that arrives through support channels, and must disclose the Company as a processor in their own privacy policy. The Company processes such information as a processor acting on the Customer's instructions.
  3. When a member integrates an external service (such as a webhook endpoint, Discord or an AI client), Customer Data is sent to that service to the extent instructed by the member. Processing after transmission is governed by that external service's terms.
  4. To send reply emails under a Customer's own domain, the Customer must have sending authority for that domain. Replies to conversations received through a KakaoTalk channel are delivered via a customer conversation page (link), not through KakaoTalk.
  5. Integration features may be limited by outages or policy changes of external services.

Members must not:

  1. Violate laws or infringe the rights of others (intellectual property, personal information, reputation, etc.)
  2. Send spam, conduct phishing or fraud, or distribute malware

  2. If a member withdraws while using Paid Services, the matter is handled under the Refund Policy.

Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, causes attributable to the member, or outages of external services beyond the Company's control. However, where the Company's intent or negligence is also involved, the Company is liable to that extent.
  2. Unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability for damages to a Customer in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the Customer to the Company during the 12 months immediately preceding the occurrence of the damage.
